How it works

01You walk the suite once
Whoever is already on site — you, the leasing rep, the property manager — records one slow continuous lap on the phone in their pocket. About ninety seconds for a typical suite. No 360 rig, no tripod, no site visit to schedule with anyone.
02The video becomes a space
That footage is reconstructed into somewhere with real geometry — not a reel to watch and not a set of photo bubbles to jump between. A tenant can stand in the middle of the floorplate and turn around.
03You send a link
It opens in a browser. No app, no login, nothing for the recipient to install — which matters when the person deciding is a committee, and the link gets forwarded to two people who were never on your email.
What counts as one space
A suite, a floorplate, or the whole building.
Pricing is per space, and a space is one continuous walk. These are the four shapes that question usually takes.

- Stairs and lifts included — one continuous walk can climb.
- A whole building
- Several walks, one per contiguous area you want walkable.
- Open-plan and industrial
- Warehouses, showrooms and floorplates with no interior walls.

Forward it, embed it in the listing, put it in the OM. It opens in a browser on a phone or a desktop.

Where it does not help
What this is not.
It is not a measured survey.
We do not produce floor plans and nothing here is a source of dimensions. If a tenant needs areas certified, that is still a measured survey and this does not replace one.
It shows the space as it is.
Nothing is staged, furnished or tidied. A suite mid-fitout reconstructs as a suite mid-fitout. That is deliberate — the tour is evidence, and evidence that has been dressed is worth nothing to the person relying on it.
A room you did not walk into is not in the tour.
The reconstruction only knows what the camera saw. Plant rooms, risers and anything behind a locked door are absent unless somebody walked them.
