AI use policy

We correct how a photograph was captured. We do not change what it shows.

If the bins are in shot, they are in the walkthrough.

Corrects exposure so a dark room reads properly, and recovers highlight detail where the data still exists.

Neutralises colour casts, so white walls read white rather than green or orange.

Corrects lens distortion, straightens verticals, reduces noise, and resizes for the web.

These are arithmetic operations on the pixels you sent us. Each output pixel is derived from the corresponding input pixel, which is why text, signage, clutter and the view through a window cannot change.

We do not add, remove, move or resize anything in the space — no tidying, no deleting bins or cords, no virtual staging or furniture.

We do not alter or regenerate any text, signage, lettering or branding visible in a frame.

We do not change what is visible through a window, or alter the weather, the season or the time of day.

We do not change wall colours, flooring, worktops, fixtures, or the dimensions and proportions of a room.

We do not use generative image models to invent detail that was not in your capture. Where a window is blown out beyond recovery, we leave it that way rather than inventing a view.

If we introduce a feature that generates or alters content — virtual staging, for example — it will be opt-in, clearly labelled on the output, and this page will say so before it ships. It will never be applied to what you publish silently.

The illustrations on this site — the little block-built rooms, phones and figures — are generated images that we made with an AI image tool. They are drawings of the idea, not pictures of anything real.

None of them shows a customer's space, a real property, or output from our reconstruction. There is no photograph of a real capture anywhere on this site, and there will not be one until a real capture exists and its owner has agreed to it.

We mention it because a policy page about AI that quietly used AI would be a strange thing to trust. What the drawings never do is stand in for evidence: every screen in them is blank on purpose.

Advertising a space can be regulated, and rules on image manipulation differ by market and by industry body. Our processing is designed to stay inside them, but you are responsible for what you publish. If your board, MLS or regulator requires a disclosure on enhanced imagery, this page is written so you can point at it.
