It is a 3D reconstruction of the real space, so yes — but it does not behave like the virtual tours you have seen. Those are usually a set of photo bubbles you jump between, one fixed point at a time. This is the room itself: you walk, you stop where you like, you turn around and go back. No. It opens in a browser on a phone or a laptop. The link behaves like any other link — paste it anywhere a link goes — an email, a text message, a proposal, a listing.
